The course duration is a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years part-time study and the curriculum consists of a research project by thesis.

Doctorate In Information Systems Course Requirements
In order for students to complete their Doctorate in Information Systems they need to have achieved the following:
- Masters in Information Technology or equivalent (ad hoc cases will be treated on merit).
A PhD in Information Systems is the highest possible level of qualification in the Information Systems field and is a powerful acknowledgement of the student’s hard work, discipline, and knowledge of the subject. Achieving this degree is a great achievement and sets the student in good stead in their future endeavours.
